Appointments

  Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to the salon,we have a parking lot located behind the salon. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service, first time clients may be required to fill out a new client form and/or service waiver. This waiver is put in place to protect our staff and clients. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in your services not being completed until the waiver is signed. 

  We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule and maintain your look. Your stylist will advise how often you should return to maintain your style in your consultation.

 

Late / No Show Policy :

   Your appointments are very important to us at Bombshell Culture Salon and Spa.  We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you please provide us with 24 - hour notice.  This gives us time to accommodate clients placed on our waiting list.  In the event of  'No Shows'  or last-minute cancellation you will be charged a cancellation fee.  When giving less than 24 - hours notice this will result in a charge equal to 25% of the scheduled appointment and 'No Shows' will be charged up to 100% of the service amount.

    Bombshell Culture Salon and Spa sends courtesy E-mail and/or text reminders.  If you are unsure of your appointment time or date feel free to check your appointment either by calling your team member or looking on the booking app available.While we understand life can cause you to be late for your appointment, please keep in mind the later you run, the later we will be for our next appointment and every appointment thereafter.  Please understand we will do our best to accommodate you for that day.  If we are unable, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Guarantee of Service :

     We always want you to be 100% satisfied with our services.  If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your original appointment so that we can schedule a time to correct the service free of charge.  Any issue reported after the 5 days from the original appointment date will be assessed on a case by case basis.  

Guarantee of  Products :

     Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair, we want you to be happy with the products you purchased from Bombshell Culture Salon and Spa.  We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any product within 10 days from purchase provided  2/3 of the product remains.
